Ingredientes:
1/2 xícara de gergelim
3 colheres (sopa) de azeite
de oliva extravirgem
200 g de abobrinha
1/2 xícara (chá) de tahine
(pasta de gergelim, à venda
em lojas de produtos árabes)
1 dente de alho
1/4 de xícara de
suco de limão
1/8 de colher (café) de pimenta-de-caiena
1 colher (café) de páprica doce
2 colheres (café) de sal
Preparo:
Deixe o gergelim de molho em água por 4 horas e depois escorra-o.
Bata todos os ingredientes no processador até obter uma pasta de consistência firme.
Sirva com pão ou torradas.
Rende 6 porções.
